“Meditation, adventure, journaling, breath work, exercise, gratitude are popular habits associated with self-improvement and are proven scientifically to improve wellbeing. We provide a system where we educate your child, and provide a specific timetable for them to implement these habits. Weekly, we hold them accountable for sticking to this timetable using an ‘Accountability Report’ and use this to alter the timetable to better suit their life. For example, we may set them a task of meditating 10 minutes daily from 8-8:10am. We may even do a 10 minute meditation session at the start of our coaching session.”
“Our formula to destroying these habits starts off first with us educating your child in depth on their bad habit/ addiction (education is key!), and us learning about their life so that together we find the root cause of this addiction (every addiction is caused by a part of your life, whether that be loneliness, boredom or depression). With the cause in mind, we will support them in ways to combat it directly, as well as provide them with a method to finally be clean of addiction that doesn’t involve the severe cravings of being abstinent from it. With our weekly ‘Accountability Report’ in which we review how well they performed in staying away from the addiction, we will hold them accountable and alter their personal strategy.“
